These locations span 7,000 acres and 550,000 square feet, offering unique environments that require top-tier engineering expertise to manage and maintain their extensive infrastructure.
One site offers a more operational feel, complete with a guest complex and commercial control systems. The other serves as a high-end corporate retreat, boasting luxurious amenities and state-of-the-art facilities.

More About You:
You are a highly skilled Facilities Technician with expertise in Refrigeration, Mechanical, and Electrical systems. You thrive in environments that require precision and technical proficiency. As part of a dedicated team of 8, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain large chillers, boilers, and other critical systems across two expansive sites. Your expertise ensures the smooth operation of these vital systems, contributing to the seamless functioning of both locations.
Experience working in a similar operational setting, such as large corporate campuses, resorts, or industrial facilities is a plus! We have commercial-grade kitchen equipment, high-end spa systems, and water treatment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of large-scale chillers and boilers across a 200 sqft central plant. Perform routine and advanced troubleshooting and repair of refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance. Conduct pump and motor rebuilds, and appliance troubleshooting with minimal supervision. Ensure the smooth operation of all mechanical and electrical systems that support the facilities. Coordinate with outsourced teams for specialized equipment maintenance when necessary. Provide technical guidance and training to entry-level engineers on the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with large chillers, boilers, and central plant operations. Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair complex systems with confidence and expertise. Minimal training required must demonstrate proficiency from the start. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently without extensive supervision. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
